Your data is yours. We just borrow it with your permission.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. This page makes it easy — and if it’s not easy, email us and we’ll fix that too.

Your GDPR Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access any personal data we hold about you
  • Correct or update inaccurate info
  • Request deletion (the “right to be forgotten”)
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

How to Make a Request

At the moment, there are two easy options:

Option 1: Email Us

Just send a message to [email protected] with:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used with us
  • A short summary of your request (e.g. delete data, request copy, etc.)

We’ll get back to you within 30 days.

Option 2: Use Our Data Request Form

A secure, self-service form will be embedded here shortly. We’re currently preparing a streamlined access tool via our compliance partner, Termly, to make this process even faster for you. Stay tuned — but don’t hesitate to use email in the meantime.

What to Expect

We’ll:

  • Acknowledge your request within a few business days
  • Confirm your identity if needed (to protect your info)
  • Fulfill your request within 30 days, unless we need clarification
  • Never charge for access (unless excessive or unfounded)
