1. Who We Are

This site and coaching service are operated by HM Optimisation OÜ, registered under Estonia’s e-Residency program. We provide coaching services online, with a primary focus on clients in Greater London and throughout the UK.

2. Subscriptions

  • Our coaching is billed on a monthly, no-commitment basis.
  • You can cancel anytime via your customer dashboard.
  • After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Discounted offers may include longer access or incentives, but you’re always in control.

3. Payments & Invoices

  • Payments are securely processed by Stripe or equivalent.
  • Invoices are automatically issued and available from your dashboard (or via email after sign-up, even without dashboard use).
  • Prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise noted and include all applicable taxes.

4. What You Get

Your subscription gives you access to:

  • Coaching resources and session options based on your tier
  • Curated materials delivered through your dashboard
  • Future community features and shared highlights (optional and permission-based)

We reserve the right to update or expand these features over time to improve your experience.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds after payment. If you’re unsure if our coaching is right for you, we encourage you to contact us before subscribing.

6. Conduct

We expect all clients and community participants to act respectfully and professionally. We may revoke access for behavior that is abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our coaching values — and we’ll always aim to resolve concerns through clear communication first.

7. Intellectual Property

All content we create — including coaching materials, templates, and digital assets — is owned by us. It’s meant for your personal use only as an active subscriber.
