What Coaching Is — and Isn’t

Our coaching is designed to support clarity, momentum, and alignment — not to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. While we draw on principles from systemic coaching, behavioral psychology, and trauma-informed practice, we are not licensed therapists or clinicians.

If you’re experiencing distress, trauma, or mental health challenges that interfere with daily functioning, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health provider. Coaching can complement that work, but it’s not a substitute for it.

Results Disclaimer

We don’t promise income milestones, client counts, viral success, or “breakthroughs.” Coaching is collaborative — progress depends on your own consistency and willingness to engage honestly. We guide, reflect, challenge, and support — but the results belong to you.

Community, Clients, and Peer Content

Over time, we may invite clients to share their own stories or insights through content or peer features. These are always optional, always consent-based, and always marked clearly. We only endorse outside services when explicitly stated.

Accuracy of Content

We aim to provide honest, grounded, and evolving content. Some of what we share is backed by research, some by experience — and we do our best to make that clear. Coaching tools change and improve over time, and so does what we publish.
