Who We Are

We’re Accountability Coaching London, operated by HM Optimisation OÜ, a business registered in Estonia under the e-Residency program. We deliver coaching services online to clients across Greater London, the UK, and globally.

What We Collect (and Why)

We only collect what we need to operate effectively:

  • Name and email address – to create your account, send onboarding information, and deliver occasional updates
  • Payment details – processed securely by Stripe or another trusted third-party provider (we don’t store card numbers)
  • Site usage data – collected via Google Analytics, so we can understand and improve how our website is used
  • Cookie preferences – so we remember your choices next time you visit

We never sell or share your data for profit. Ever.

Your Coaching Dashboard

When you sign up, you get private access to a client dashboard, where you can:

  • View and manage your subscription
  • Download invoices instantly
  • Access the coaching materials relevant to your tier

We may expand dashboard features in the future to include community tools or partner content — all optional and always permission-based.

Where We Store Data

We store client data using GDPR-compliant tools and infrastructure, including:

  • Website hosting via NameCheap (U.S.-based) with Cloudflare CDN routing
  • CRM and form tools fully encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Analytics via Google Analytics (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework participation)

Your Rights

You have full rights under GDPR to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate details
  • Ask for data to be deleted
  • Withdraw consent or object to processing
  • Request a portable copy of your data
